2. DO MODULAR HOMES DECREASE IN VALUE?

MODULAR HOMES ARE APPRAISED AND APPRECIATE AS SITE BUILT HOMES.
BANKS, WCDA, FANNIE MAE, FHA, AND MANY OTHER INSTITUTIONS AND
AGENCYS DO NOT DISTINGUISH BETWEEN MODULAR AND SITE BUILT HOMES.
